The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with (7) rods and a pass-thru design. It features a horizontal shelf and is constructed with stainless steel and aluminum. It has a power of 1170 watts and is cULus and UL EPH Classified. It is also ANSI/NSF 4 certified and proudly made in the USA.
This merchandising warmer is specifically designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. It utilizes pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base to extend the holding times of food. It offers the convenience of self-serve and the efficiency of kitchen-to-server holding.
The thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For safety and compliance with NSF standards, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. must either be sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs.
Standard units come with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
There are several options available at the time of purchase, including designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. A 5" sneeze guard is also available in various sizes. Additionally, there is a display sign holder that matches the unit color and comes in different sizes. LED indicating temperature control, stainless steel end panels, and a halogen bulb option are also available.
Accessories include adjustable legs, plexi-glass flip-up doors (not compatible with sneeze guards), and additional stainless steel divider rods.
