The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with 16 rods and a pass-thru design. It features two shelves, with the top shelf being horizontal and the lower shelf being forward-slanted. The warmer is constructed with stainless steel and aluminum, and it has 4" legs for stability. It has a power of 2120 watts and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The warmer is made in the USA.
The standard features of the Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer include a slant and horizontal shelf for merchandising various products. The top shelf is designed to hold fries and sandwiches, while the lower shelf is suitable for items like popcorn, nachos, boxed pizza, and wrapped food. The warmer ensures that the products are held safely and at the proper serving temperatures. It offers the convenience of self-serve and the efficiency of kitchen-to-server holding.
The warmer has a thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base with a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). It also has pre-focused infrared top heat that directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest. The warmer is equipped with coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights that enhance product display while protecting the food from bulb breakage.
For units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs., the warmer is required to be either sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs. The standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
The warmer offers options for designer colors, including black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. It also provides the option to replace the standard display light with a halogen bulb (60 watt), except for export voltages. Additionally, there is an option for a 15" clearance top shelf instead of the standard 12" clearance, which adds 3" to the height of the unit.
Accessories for the warmer include additional stainless steel divider rods for both the slant shelf and the horizontal shelf.
