It features a thermostat, incandescent light, hardcoat aluminum base, tempered glass end panels, designer panels, and corner caps. The warmer has a power of 1640 watts and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. It is proudly made in the USA.
This warmer is specifically designed to hold hot wrapped or boxed products at safe and proper serving temperatures. It enhances your setting with style and color. The pre-focused infrared top heat and thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base extend the holding times of most food items. It offers the convenience of self-serve and the efficiency of kitchen-to-server holding.
The thermostatically-controlled, hard-coated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food products from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For safety and compliance with NSF standards, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be either sealed to the installation surface or raised with the included 4" legs.
Standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, a thermostatically controlled heated base, infrared upper heating elements, incandescent lights, product divider rods, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
Optional features available at the time of purchase include designer colors, designer inset panel colors, a 5" sneeze guard, plexi-glass flip-up doors, indicating temperature control with LED display, dark gray corner caps, halogen bulb instead of standard display light, and front glass instead of channel dividers and divider rods (cannot be used with sneeze guards or flip-up doors).
