The Designer Slant Display Warmer by Hatco is a free-standing unit with two shelves and 18 rods for holding hot wrapped or boxed food products. It features an adjustable thermostat, incandescent light, hardcoat aluminum base, tempered glass end panels, and designer panels and corner caps. The warmer has 4" legs and a power output of 3380 watts. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and meets ANSI/NSF 4 standards. The unit is made in the USA.
The warmer is designed to hold hot food products at proper serving temperatures while enhancing the setting with style and color. It has pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled heated base, which extends the holding times of most food items. The slanted shelves make it convenient for self-service.
The heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights not only enhance product display but also safeguard food products from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For safety and compliance with NSF regulations, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be either sealed to the installation surface or raised with the included 4" legs.
The standard unit comes with tempered glass side panels, a thermostatically controlled heated base, infrared upper heating elements, incandescent lights, product divider rods, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
Optional features available at the time of purchase include designer colors, designer inset panel colors, a 5" sneeze guard on the customer side, plexi-glass flip-up doors (only on certain models), indicating temperature control (LED), dark gray corner caps, and a halogen bulb in lieu of the standard display light.
