The Glo-Ray® Heated Display Case is a countertop unit with a glass front design. It features a single shelf that can hold up to 4 pans with a 6 qt. capacity. The case is made of stainless steel and aluminum and comes with 4" legs. It has a power of 2285w and is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The heated display case is designed to keep hot food at its optimal taste and temperature for longer periods of time. It uses an exclusive infrared heat pattern and a heated base to achieve this. There are also humidity units available to further extend the holding time of most foods. The case has a cool base construction that minimizes heat transfer, keeping the exterior base cool. It has a metal sheathed element that directs heat from above and a thermostatically-controlled base that conducts heat from below. The Dual Shelf model has an upper holding and display area with independent temperature control. The case comes with adjustable legs, a 6' cord and plug, and a pan rail (pan skirt on humidified models). It has pre-focused infrared top heat that directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest. It also has coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights to enhance product display and protect food products from bulb breakage. The case is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum and features full view tempered glass sides. It has standard rollerless sliding doors on one side. There are several options available for the case, including different colors (Black, Navy Blue, Warm Red, Gray Granite, White Granite, Hunter Green, Antique Copper), pan skirts for the bottom and upper shelves, sliding doors or flip-up doors instead of fixed glass customer panels, mirrored glass sliding doors instead of rear sliding doors, and the option to have a halogen bulb instead of the standard display light. There is also the option to have flip-up doors on the control side instead of glass sliding doors.
