The Glo-Ray® Designer Heated Display Case with Humidity is a countertop model that is perfect for showcasing hot meals-to-go. It features curved tempered glass and incandescent lighting to highlight your products. The exclusive infrared heat pattern and heated base keep the food at the perfect temperature and taste for longer periods of time, while using less energy compared to other display cases. This display case combines modern design with high performance, making it ideal for front of the house use. The front glass panel is hinged and tilts forward for easy cleaning. The curved tempered glass provides high visibility for your merchandise. The heated base is thermostatically-controlled and has a cool base construction. The display case comes with 4" adjustable legs and a 6' cord and plug. The shatter-resistant incandescent lights not only enhance the product display but also protect the food from bulb breakage. The base surface temperature can be adjusted from 100°F to 200°F, and the relative humidity can be adjusted from 10% to 30%. The infrared top heat is pre-focused to direct heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest. There are several options available for this display case, including different designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. You can also add a backlit base sign holder (only available for 120V models) and self-closing flip-up doors on both shelves on the customer side instead of glass front. Other options include a pan skirt on the bottom shelf instead of a pan rail, a pan skirt on the upper shelf, and mirrored glass doors on the server side. You can choose between dual shelf or single shelf options for different pan sizes. Additionally, you can opt for a halogen bulb instead of the standard display light (not available for export voltages).
