It features two 54" wide shelves, with the lower shelf able to accommodate four full-size pans, providing a variety of hot meal options for your customers. Each shelf is heated and individually controlled, ensuring the quality of the food inside.
The display case has a top heating element protected by a metal sheath, delivering pre-focused heat for consistent temperature throughout. The base remains cool, maintaining a consistent temperature inside the unit. The streamlined design combines stainless steel, aluminum, and glass paneling on the front and sides, allowing for multiple views of the interior. The rear features sliding doors for easy access and replenishment of food.
The display case is equipped with eight coated incandescent bulbs, providing beautiful presentation while ensuring food safety. It comes with 4" legs that can be adjusted to different heights for various applications. The unit is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified for safe commercial use. Additional customization options include mirrored glass back panels, flip-up doors, halogen bulbs, and more.
The Glo-Ray® Heated Display Case is perfect for hot food merchandising, with an exclusive infrared heat pattern and a heated base that keeps food at optimal temperature and taste. The cool base construction minimizes heat transfer, while the metal sheathed element and thermostatically-controlled base ensure even heating. The Dual Shelf model offers independent temperature control for the upper display area.
All models come with adjustable legs, a 6' cord and plug, and pan rail. The infrared top heat is pre-focused to the outer edges of the holding surface, and the incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting against breakage. The display case is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, with full view tempered glass sides and rollerless sliding doors.
