The Flav-R-Savor® Heated Display Case is a countertop design with a curved glass front. It features a double shelf with two pans, a perforated top shelf, and a heated stone base shelf. The upper shelf has dimensions of 31.75"W x 16"D, while the lower shelf measures 32.25"W x 19.75"D. The display case uses convected air and lighting to showcase food from all angles. It has a hinged tempered front glass panel, a digital display, and rear glass doors. The interior is made of stainless steel and includes a sign holder. The display case has a power of 1800 watts and is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The Flav-R-Savor® Convected Air Curved Display Case is perfect for meals to go or as a hot food station. It uses adjustable convected hot air to hold food at peak serving temperature, ranging from 140°F to 200°F (60°C to 93°C). The FSCDH-2PD model also includes humidified air to help preserve food moisture. The display case can showcase wrapped or unwrapped food on platters or in hotel pans. It is available in seven Designer Colors and has a sleek design that is easy to clean with its flip-down curved front glass. The display case offers flexibility with or without humidity. It comes with a 3-sided skirt and base sign holder, and the humidity unit has a 7-quart water chamber. The metal sheathed air heating elements are guaranteed against burnout and breakage for two years. The display case also features rear French doors for easy access, simulated stone base, hinged tempered front glass panel for easy cleaning, focused lighting, and a perforated stainless steel shelf for enhanced air movement. Hatco's convected air technology ensures maximum holding times and peak serving temperatures. Optional accessories include a glass shelf, valve relocation (for humidified model), and different heated stone colors.
