The Glo-Ray® Heated Display Case is a countertop unit with a glass front design. It features a dual shelf with a capacity for three pans and a humidity unit with a three-quart capacity. The case is made of stainless steel and aluminum and comes with 4" legs. It has a power of 2005w and is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The heated display case uses an exclusive infrared heat pattern and a heated base to keep food at the optimal temperature and taste for longer periods. The cool base construction minimizes heat transfer to the exterior. The case has a metal sheathed element that directs heat from above and a thermostatically-controlled base that conducts heat from below. The dual shelf model has an upper holding and display area with independent temperature control. All models come with adjustable legs, a 6' cord and plug, and a pan rail. The infrared top heat is pre-focused to the outer edges of the holding surface to minimize heat loss. The case also has shatter-resistant incandescent lights for enhanced product display and safety. Options available at the time of purchase include different colors (black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper), pan skirts instead of pan rails, sliding doors or flip-up doors instead of fixed glass customer panels, mirrored glass sliding doors instead of rear sliding doors, halogen bulbs instead of standard display lights, and flip-up doors on the control side.
