The Glo-Ray® Heated Display Case is a countertop unit with a glass front design. It features a dual shelf configuration with a capacity for four pans. The case is made of stainless steel and aluminum and comes with 4" legs. It has a power output of 2980w and is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The heated display case uses an exclusive infrared heat pattern and a heated base to keep food at the optimal temperature and taste for longer periods of time. It also has the option of adding humidity units to extend the holding time of most foods. The case has a cool base construction to minimize heat transfer and keep the exterior base cool. It uses a metal sheathed element to direct heat from above and a thermostatically-controlled base to conduct heat from below. The dual shelf model has independent temperature control for the upper holding and display area. The case comes with adjustable legs, a 6' cord and plug, and a pan rail. It has pre-focused infrared top heat to direct heat to the outer edges of the holding surface. It also has shatter-resistant incandescent lights to enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. Options available at the time of purchase include different colors, pan skirts or pan stops for the shelves, sliding or flip-up doors, mirrored glass sliding doors, halogen bulbs, and flip-up doors on the control side.
