The Glo-Ray® Buffet Warmer is a countertop unit designed for buffet-style serving. It features sneeze guards, two bulbs, and can hold one 12" x 20" pan. The heated base has a power of 970 watts and operates on 120v/60/1. It is NSF, cUL, and UL certified. This buffet warmer is perfect for keeping hot food at the right temperature on buffet lines or temporary serving areas. It comes in seven optional designer powder-coated colors, making it easy to match with any decor. The metal sheathed element provides heat from above, while the thermostatically-controlled heated base conducts heat from below. The unit comes with a 6' cord and plug set and is available in widths ranging from 25" to 78.25". It also includes sturdy plexi-glass sneeze guards for added safety. The metal sheathed elements are guaranteed against burnout and breakage for two years. The thermostatically-controlled heated base has a temperature range of 80°F to 200°F. The pre-focused infrared top heat directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is the greatest. Shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food from bulb breakage. Optional accessories include designer colors, acrylic front enclosure, plexi-glass side enclosures, infinite control for top heat, different sizes of sneeze guards, adjustable legs, pan rail, trivets, and stainless steel food holding pans in various sizes.
