The Glo-Ray® Buffet Warmer is a counter model with a pass-thru design. It features hardcoat aluminum double acrylic sneeze guards and comes with two bulbs. The warmer can hold one 12" x 20" pan capacity and has designer panels and corner caps. It has a heated base and is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The buffet warmer is designed to keep food at optimum serving temperatures while focusing on the product and protecting the food. It has a modern design that is suitable for front-of-the-house use and comes in seven different powdercoated colors to match any decor. The unit comes with a 6' cord and plug set and standard black inset panels. It is available in widths ranging from 30.25" to 78.25". The sneeze guards are made of sturdy plexi-glass to provide a safe environment. The metal sheathed elements are guaranteed against burnout and breakage for two years. The thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 80°F to 200°F. The pre-focused infrared top heat directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface to minimize heat loss. The shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display and protect against bulb breakage. There are several options available at the time of purchase, including different designer colors for the unit and inset panels. Additional options include a larger sneeze guard, infinite control for top heat only, and dark gray corner caps. Accessories for the buffet warmer include designer legs, trivets in different sizes, and stainless steel food holding pans in various sizes.
