The Glo-Ray® Buffet Warmer is a counter model with a pass-thru design. It features hardcoat aluminum double acrylic sneeze guards and can hold up to four 12" x 20" pans. The unit has designer panels and corner caps, a heated base, and 4" legs. It is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The buffet warmer is designed to keep food at optimum serving temperatures while also focusing on the product and protecting the food. It has a modern design that is suitable for front-of-the-house use and comes in seven different powdercoated colors to match any decor. The unit comes with a 6' cord and plug set and black inset panels. It is available in widths ranging from 30.25" to 78.25". The sneeze guards are made of sturdy plexi-glass to provide a safe environment. The metal sheathed elements are guaranteed against burnout and breakage for two years. The thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 80°F to 200°F. The pre-focused infrared top heat directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface to minimize heat loss. The shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display and protect the food from bulb breakage. There are several options available at the time of purchase, including different designer colors for the unit and the inset panels. Additional options include two plexi-glass side enclosures, a larger sneeze guard, an infinite control for top heat only, and dark gray corner caps. Accessories for the buffet warmer include 4" designer legs for certain models, stainless steel trivets in half-size and full-size options, and stainless steel food holding pans in various sizes.
