The Glo-Ray® Buffet Warmer is a countertop unit designed for buffet-style serving. It features sneeze guards, three bulbs, and can hold two 12" x 20" pans. With a heated base and a power of 1530 watts, this unit is capable of maintaining the temperature of hot food. It operates on 120v/60/1 power and is NSF, cUL, and UL certified. The buffet warmer comes with a 6' cord and plug set and is available in widths ranging from 25" to 78.25". The unit also includes sturdy plexi-glass sneeze guards for safety. The metal sheathed elements are guaranteed against burnout and breakage for two years. The thermostatically-controlled heated base has a temperature range of 80°F to 200°F. The pre-focused infrared top heat directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface to minimize heat loss. The shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. Optional features include designer colors, acrylic front enclosure, plexi-glass side enclosures, infinite control for top heat, and different sizes of sneeze guards. Accessories such as adjustable legs, pan rails, trivets, and stainless steel food holding pans are also available.
