The Glo-Ray® Buffet Warmer is a counter model with a pass-thru design. It features hardcoat aluminum double acrylic sneeze guards and can hold up to five 12" x 20" pans. The unit has six bulbs and a heated base. It is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The buffet warmer is designed to keep food at optimum serving temperatures while also focusing on product display and food protection. It has a modern design and comes in seven different powdercoated colors to match any decor. The unit comes with a 6' cord and plug set and black inset panels. The width of the buffet warmer can range from 30.25" to 78.25". It has sturdy plexi-glass sneeze guards for safety and metal sheathed elements that are guaranteed against burnout and breakage for two years. The thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 80°F to 200°F. The buffet warmer also features pre-focused infrared top heat that directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface to minimize heat loss. It has shatter-resistant incandescent lights to enhance product display and protect against bulb breakage. There are several options available for the buffet warmer, including different designer colors, plexi-glass side enclosures, infinite control for top heat, and dark gray corner caps. Accessories such as designer legs, trivets, and stainless steel food holding pans are also available.
