The Flav-R-Savor® Holding Cabinet is a mobile heated cabinet that is thermostatically-controlled to maintain optimal heat for food. It includes electrical components, a water reservoir, and insulation. The cabinet has one door with a digital temperature readout and adjustable humidity and temperature controls. It comes with six adjustable removable slides that can accommodate either 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans, with slides on 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet is equipped with large swivel casters with wheel locks for easy mobility. It has a power of 1697 watts and is NSF and cULus certified. The cabinet is made in the USA. The Flav-R-Savor® Holding Cabinet is designed to hold all types of hot foods at their optimum serving temperatures. It is ideal for schools, hospitals, concessions, and cafeterias where backup food storage is needed. The cabinet can accommodate Gastronorm pans and comes with adjustable angle slides for easy organization. The tray slides hold food pans on either 3" or 1.5" centers and can be easily removed for cleaning. The smaller models can fit under normal kitchen counters when ordered with low profile casters. The cabinet also features adjustable humidity and temperature controls, a digital temperature readout, insulated side walls, field reversible glass doors, and a 6' recessed cord and plug. There are several options available for customization at the time of purchase. These include different side panel and top colors, stainless steel doors in lieu of glass doors, a bracket for holding the cord during transport, an audible low-water alarm (for specific models), a heavy-duty stainless steel door with a positive latch handle, adjustable legs or stainless steel legs in lieu of standard casters (for specific models), stacking hardware for two units, and low profile locking casters. Additional accessories such as extra pan slides, a wire shelf (for specific models), and a bumper kit (for use with 4" casters) are also available.
