The Flav-R-Savor® Humidified Holding Cabinet is a quick ship model with a single Lexan® door. It features stainless steel construction and comes with 17 pair universal slides that are adjustable on 3" O.C. The cabinet also has 5" swivel casters, with two of them having wheel locks. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and is NSF and cULus certified. This cabinet is made in the USA. The Hatco Flav-R-Savor® Tall Humidified Holding Cabinets are designed to hold a variety of hot food items at optimal serving temperatures. The thermostatically-controlled heat and humidity ensure that the food stays fresh and at uniform temperatures. The cabinet is made of stainless steel, providing strength and support. The cabinet comes with fully insulated doors, sidewalls, top, bottom, and control panel to retain heat effectively. The doors are right- or left-hand hinged and can be reversed in the field. They have a magnetic latch and heavy-duty plated hinges. The electronic controls have a digital readout temperature range of 80°-200°F, making it suitable for proofing as well. The cabinet is available with a solid back or a pass-through design, with a full view Lexan® door and a full perimeter gasket. It also comes with 5" casters, two of which have wheel locks. The FSHC-17W model has a capacity of 17 sheet pans on 3" centers, adjustable on 1.5" centers. It comes with 17 universal pan slides that can accommodate up to 17 sheet pans or up to 34 steam table pans. The FSHC-12W model has a capacity of 12 sheet pans on 3" centers, adjustable on 1.5" centers. It comes with 12 universal pan slides that can accommodate up to 12 sheet pans or up to 24 steam table pans. There are several options available for this cabinet, including upper cord location, full perimeter bumper, cord wind (for transport package only), stainless steel door (in lieu of Lexan® door), stainless steel Dutch doors (in lieu of Lexan® Dutch doors), deluxe package (includes flush mount handles and full perimeter bumper), and transport package (includes stand-off handles, full perimeter bumper, heavy-duty 5" x 2" casters, and flush mount transport latch).
