The Flav-R-Fresh® Holding & Display Cabinet by Hatco is a pass-thru, counter model with two doors. It does not include a rack motor but comes with an interior multi-purpose rack. This cabinet is 1390W and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. It is proudly made in the USA.
The Flav-R-Fresh® uses controlled moisture and heat to keep your food products fresh for longer periods of time. It is suitable for holding a variety of items such as hot pretzels, pizzas, croissants, bagels, hot dogs, and meat pies. The electrical components, controls, and water reservoir are conveniently located at the top for easy access. The cabinet temperature is monitored by electronic controls.
This cabinet is available in single- or double-side opening models. The doors are reversible, except for the self-closing door. Separate heat and humidity controls ensure that crisp foods stay crisp and moist foods stay moist. The cabinet features tempered glass sides and door for a full-view display. A fluorescent light enhances the appeal of the food while also protecting it from bulb breakage.
Optional features include designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. There is also a 6" merchandising display sign holder available for the control side, as well as a self-closing door option. Additional merchandising display sign holders in different sizes are also available.
Accessories for this cabinet include a 4-shelf multi-purpose rack, 4" adjustable legs, motorless rack coupling, 4-tier circle rack, and 3-tier pretzel tree. There is also a decorative kit available, which includes two inset side panels in different designs and a curved header. Base skirts in various styles are also available.
