The Flav-R-Savor® holding and display cabinet is a two-door, three-tier circle rack with a motor. It has a 6 ft cord and plug and operates at 1440w. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and meets ANSI/NSF 4 standards. This cabinet is made in the USA. The Flav-R-Savor® offers a unique concept in food holding and display. It uses a precise combination of heat and humidity to increase sales and profits by reducing waste, maintaining quality, and displaying food with an appealing design. It is commonly used in cafeterias, convenience stores, schools, restaurants, and supermarkets to merchandise hot food items such as pizza, fried foods, bakery items, and more. The cabinet features a quick recovery heating system and even temperatures throughout, eliminating "hot spots" and ensuring consistent product quality and long hold times of 1 to 4 hours. It also has fluorescent lights to showcase the food product. The large access doors are field reversible and can accept a 19" diameter pizza pan. The cabinet has low-water protection to prevent heating element burnout and alert the operator to a low water condition. The tempered glass door and side panels provide maximum heat retention and allow for a full cabinet display. It operates on 120-volt power with an attached 15-amp cord set and draws a maximum of 12 amps. The cabinet includes a ¾ gallon stainless water reservoir for all-day moisture. It is easily filled through the front-mounted water cup and drained and cleaned through the inside-mounted drain tube. Optional features include designer colors, mechanical controls, a display sign holder, adjustable legs, and various racks for different models. There is also a decorative kit available with inset side panels, a curved header, and base skirts in different styles.
