The Flav-R-Fresh® Holding & Display Cabinet is a counter model with one door. It is designed to showcase your products for extended periods of time using controlled moisture and heat. It can hold a variety of food items, from hot pretzels to pizzas, croissants to bagels, and even hot dogs and meat pies. The electrical components, controls, and water reservoir are conveniently located at the top for easy access. The cabinet features tempered glass sides and door for a full-view display, and the fluorescent light enhances the food appeal while ensuring the safety of the products. The cabinet has separate heat and humidity controls to keep crisp foods crisp and moist foods moist. It is ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, convenience stores, concession stands, snack bars, and kiosks. The cabinet is available in single- or double-side opening models, and the doors are reversible (excluding the self-closing door). Optional features include designer colors, a self-closing door, and various merchandising display sign holders. Accessories such as a multi-purpose rack, adjustable legs, motorless rack coupling, circle rack, pretzel tree, and decorative kits are also available.
