The Flav-R-Savor® Large Capacity Merchandising Cabinet is a countertop display cabinet with four intermediate racks and four French style doors. It features incandescent lights, a clear anodized finish, and is cULus and UL EPH Classified. This cabinet is made in the USA. The Large Capacity Display Cabinets from Hatco are designed to help you keep more food at the proper serving temperatures. The heat sources on the left and right sides create a "blanket" effect around the food, while the air flow rate allows for rapid temperature recovery after opening and closing the doors. You can choose between a single-door or two-door option, depending on your self-serve or pass-thru needs. The WFST models are humidified and allow you to prepare food in advance and place it directly into the full-view cabinets to increase impulse sales. The controlled moisturized heat helps maintain serving temperature and texture for longer periods of time. On the other hand, the LFST models are non-humidified and are perfect for holding wrapped or boxed products side-by-side, increasing visibility and easy access. These cabinets can hold standard sheet pans measuring 18" x 26" and feature tempered glass doors and side panels for maximum heat retention and full cabinet display. The shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product displays while protecting the food from bulb breakage. The standard multi-purpose rack comes with adjustable shelves in 2" increments, allowing for versatile foodservice uses with slant or horizontal shelves. There are several options available at the time of purchase, including designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, hunter green, white granite, and antique copper. WFST models also have the option of self-closing French doors, while halogen bulbs can be chosen instead of the standard display lights. WFST-2X models have the option of self-closing sliding doors on one side instead of hinged doors. Accessories for the WFST models include 4" adjustable legs.
