The Flav-R-Fresh® Holding & Display Cabinet is a pass-thru, counter model with two doors. It features an interior revolving circular rack and motor, with a power of 1390W. This cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and meets ANSI/NSF 4 standards. It is proudly made in the USA.
The Hatco Flav-R-Fresh® uses controlled moisture and heat to keep your food products fresh for longer periods of time. It can hold a variety of items, from hot pretzels to pizzas, croissants to bagels, and even hot dogs and meat pies. The electrical components, controls, and water reservoir are conveniently located at the top for easy access. The cabinet temperature is monitored by electronic controls.
The cabinet features tempered glass sides and door, providing a full-view display of your products. It also has a fluorescent light that enhances the food appeal while ensuring the safety of the food products. The doors are reversible, except for the self-closing door option.
There are various options available for customization, including designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. There is also a 6" merchandising display sign holder available for the control side, as well as one-sided merchandising display sign holders in 3" and 6 3/8" sizes.
Accessories for the cabinet include a 4-shelf multi-purpose rack, 4" adjustable legs, motorless rack coupling, 4-tier circle rack, and 3-tier pretzel tree. There is also a decorative kit available, which includes two inset side panels in wave or crescent designs, and a curved header that can be hinged or non-hinged.
Base skirts are available in different styles, including flat front, back, and sides; curved front and back, flat sides; and curved front, flat back, and sides. Please note that non-standard colors are non-returnable, and the standard color for the decorative kit and base skirts is designer black.
