Introducing the Flav-R-Fresh® Holding & Display Cabinet, a pass-thru, counter model with two doors. This cabinet is designed to showcase your products for extended periods of time, keeping them fresh and appealing. It is perfect for a variety of food items, from hot pretzels to pizzas, croissants to bagels, and even hot dogs and meat pies. The cabinet features controlled moisture and heat, with separate controls for maintaining crispness and moisture levels. The rounded design includes tempered glass sides and doors for a full-view display, while a fluorescent light enhances food appeal and protects against bulb breakage. The cabinet is easy to access, with electrical components, controls, and water reservoir located at the top. It is ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, convenience stores, concession stands, snack bars, and kiosks.
Options available at the time of purchase include designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Additional accessories include a 6" merchandising display sign holder, a self-closing door (left hinge only), a 3" or 6 3/8" one-sided merchandising display sign holder, a 4-shelf multi-purpose rack, 4" adjustable legs, a motorless rack coupling, a 4-tier circle rack, and a 3-tier pretzel tree.
For added customization, a decorative kit is available, which includes two inset side panels in wave or crescent designs, as well as a curved header that can be hinged for the control side or non-hinged for the non-control side. Base skirts are also available in various designs, including flat front, back, and sides, curved front and back with flat sides, and curved front with flat back and sides.
