The Hatco FSDT-1X is a food holding and display cabinet that is powered by a 1440-watt heating element. It stands at 32.54" tall and is designed to keep your cooked pizzas, fried products, and baked goods fresh, hot, and tasty for hours. The cabinet features four pan racks that can hold a variety of food items. To maintain ideal temperatures, the cabinet has a three-liter stainless water reservoir that infuses humidity and protects the heating element from burning out. The reservoir is easily refillable from the front-mounted water cup, which is also easy to clean. Operators are notified when the water is low so it can be refilled immediately. The cabinet is equipped with tempered glass enclosures that retain heat longer and allow for clear viewing of the contents from all sides and angles. Fluorescent lighting further enhances visibility. Access to the interior of the unit is provided by one large door, making it easy to place and retrieve food. The FSDT-1X is a USA-made product that is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 approved. It comes with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug and is available in a range of colors to complement any space.
