The Flav-R-Fresh® Holding & Display Cabinet is a counter model with one door. It features an interior revolving circular rack and rack motor. It has a power of 1390W and is cULus and UL EPH Classified. It is also ANSI/NSF 4 certified and proudly made in the USA. This cabinet uses controlled moisture and heat to keep your food products fresh for longer periods of time. It can hold a variety of items, from hot pretzels to 15" pizzas, croissants to bagels, and even hot dogs and meat pies. The electrical components, controls, and water reservoir are conveniently located at the top for easy access. The electronic controls monitor the temperature inside the cabinet. The cabinet is designed with tempered glass sides and door, allowing for a full-view display of your products. It also features a fluorescent light that enhances the appeal of the food while ensuring the safety of the products by preventing bulb breakage. There are options available at the time of purchase, such as different designer colors to choose from. You can also add a merchandising display sign holder, a self-closing door, or different sizes of merchandising display sign holders. Accessories for the cabinet include a 4-shelf multi-purpose rack, adjustable legs, motorless rack coupling, a 4-tier circle rack, and a 3-tier pretzel tree. There is also a decorative kit available, which includes inset side panels in different designs and a curved header. Base skirts are also available, with options for flat or curved fronts and backs, as well as flat or curved sides. Please note that non-standard colors are non-returnable, and the standard color for most accessories is Designer Black.
