The Cecilware® Pro Sandwich/Panini Grill is a double grill with a 19-3/4"W x 10"D grooved cast iron cooking surface. It features a fixed lower grill and two counter balanced hinged upper grills. The cooking temperature can reach up to 570°F. The grill is made of stainless steel construction and operates on 240v/60/1-ph with a power of 3.1kW and 13.0 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. This grill is perfect for grilling a variety of foods such as steak, chicken sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fish, and more. The cast iron griddle surfaces provide even cooking and are available in either grooved or flat surfaces. The upper plate is adjustable to different heights for versatility. The grill also features an easily removable stainless steel grease tray for easy cleaning. The temperature control switches are adjustable and can reach up to 575°F.
