The Globe G10 Food Slicer is a compact and lightweight manual slicer that is suitable for smaller businesses with low slicing demands. It has a small footprint, measuring 17-½" wide by 21-¼" deep, making it convenient for processing meat, vegetables, and some cheese. Globe's reliable electric food slicers can be a great addition to your establishment. This slicer can process products up to 10-½" long, with a maximum slice thickness of 9/16". It can accommodate products up to 7-¼" in diameter or 9-½" in width. The 10" blade is made from a special alloy and has a hollow ground bezel that is hard chromed for durability and reduced friction. The slicer comes with a 6-foot power cable and a molded-in NEMA 5-15 plug for use with standard 115/60/1-ph electricity. Some of the standard features of this slicer include enhanced slicing performance, non-slip rubber feet, knife cover interlock, a 35° angled food chute, and a powerful 1/3 HP knife motor.
