The C10 Food Slicer from Globe is a compact, manual slicer designed for light-duty slicing tasks that require less than 30 minutes of use per day. It is best suited for small establishments with limited cutting needs. The slicer features a 10" hollow ground blade made from a special hard chromed alloy. It can accommodate food up to 6.8" in diameter or 8.6" wide and allows for precise cuts up to 9/16" thick. The chute can fit food up to 7-¼" in length and glides smoothly thanks to the ball bearings in its slide. The ergonomically designed handle serves two purposes - adjusting the end weight and pushing the carriage. The slicer is powered by a fan-cooled ¼ HP motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, ensuring a long service life. It operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity at 2.5 amps and comes with a 5-½-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug. The slicer also includes enhanced usability, cleanability, and sanitation features such as an ergonomic handle, lubricated ball bearings, removable knife sharpener, knife cover, and food chute. It has non-slip rubber feet, a power indicator light, and a metal bottom enclosure.
