The motor is fan-cooled and has permanently lubricated ball bearings for efficient operation. This slicer allows for slices up to 9/16" thick and can hold products up to 8.6" long and 9.75" wide. The food chute, knife cover, and slice deflector are easy to remove for cleaning. The unit also has sealed splash zones for added sanitation and protection of electronics.
