The Underbar Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is a free-standing unit with dimensions of 24"W x 24"D x 37"H. It features self-contained refrigeration with a temperature range of -5°F (-20°C) to 10°F (-12°C). The cabinet has a capacity to hold one 3-gallon container and comes with a fully integrated stainless steel top and a 7" backsplash. It also includes a 6" diameter dipper well with a faucet that is low lead compliant. The exterior of the cabinet is made of stainless steel and it stands on stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet. The unit is powered by a 1/4 HP compressor using R290 refrigerant. It is cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and ETL Verified for commercial use. Some standard features of the cabinet include foamed-in-place insulation, leg sockets recessed into the base, and adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. The top and backsplash are made of one-piece, seamless construction. All faucets are NSF/ANSI 372 low lead compliant. The cabinet is available in different sizes to accommodate one or two 3-gallon containers. It comes with a six-foot grounded cord and plug that exits at the rear. The unit also includes a 6" diameter seamless welded draining dipper well and faucet. The exterior is made of stainless steel, while the floor is made of 16 gauge galvanized steel. The design of the cabinet is completely integrated, providing a cohesive and efficient solution for dipping ice cream.
