The Glastender FRA-24 Underbar Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is a compact and free-standing ice cream serving station that includes a dipper well. It is designed to fit under your counter or in tight spaces with its dimensions of 24" wide, 19" front to back, and 39-½" of vertical clearance (with the lid open). The working surface is 30" in height, providing a convenient height for dipping ice cream. The unit can hold a single 3-gallon tub of ice cream and has a ¼ HP integrated cooler that keeps the ice cream at a temperature between -5°F and 10°F using R404A refrigerant. The cavity is efficiently insulated with foamed-in-place insulation. The working surface, lid, and backsplash are made from 20 gauge stainless steel, which is easy to clean. The stainless steel dipper well is 6" in diameter and has a 1-½" I.P.S. threaded drain. The integrated faucet is NSF/ANSI 372 compliant and accepts ?" cold water leads. The body of the freezer unit is made from durable 22 gauge galvanized steel, while the cabinet floor, leg pads, and floor of the condensing unit are made from 16 gauge galvanized steel. The unit has adjustable bullet feet on all four legs to ensure level placement. This ice cream dipping cabinet operates on 120/60/1-ph power, using 4.75 amps at full load. It requires a dedicated 15 amp circuit and comes with a 6-foot long power cord with a grounded NEMA 5-15P plug.
