The Glastender DI-FR36 Ice Cream Freezer is a countertop ice cream station that can hold two 3-gallon containers, totaling 6 gallons, in its 12 ½ inch x 10-? inch x 20-? inch interior. The lid, working surface, and interior liner are made of stainless steel for easy cleaning. The lid is hinged from the back and stays open while dipping. The unit achieves operating temperatures between -5°F and 10°F with a ¼ HP self-contained cooling unit using R404A refrigerant. The cooling is efficient and environmentally friendly due to the CFC-free, foamed-in-place insulation. The exterior of the unit is wrapped in galvanized steel. The unit is 23 inches deep from the countertop and requires a 24-¾ inch x 14-¾ inch cutout for installation. A minimum clearance of 5" is needed between the unit's exterior siding and any obstructions, and a minimum airflow of 150 CFM is required for proper operation. The installation includes angle brackets, U-channels, and mounting bolts for easy installation. The unit is designed to use 120v/60Hz/1-ph and should be supplied by its own dedicated circuit rated for 15 amps. A 6-foot grounded NEMA 5-15P cord and plug are included.
