The Glastender DI-FR36-FL Ice Cream Freezer is a drop-in self-contained ice cream station that can be installed in a counter. It has a capacity to hold 2 3-gallon ice cream containers, totaling 6 gallons, in its interior measuring 10-1/8" x 20-1/8" x 12 1/2". The unit features a flip lid with hinges in the middle, allowing access from both sides. This design helps in efficient cooling by minimizing the amount of warm air entering the cool interior. Operating at temperatures ranging from -5°F to 10°F, the freezer utilizes a ¼ HP self-contained cooling system with R404A refrigerant and CFC-free insulation. The lids, interior, and working surface are made of stainless steel, while the condensing unit base plate and exterior wrap are made of galvanized steel. The unit comes with all the necessary hardware for easy installation, including mounting bolts, angle brackets, and U-channels. It can also be easily removed when needed. A cutout of 24-¾" x 14-¾" must be made in the counter for installation. The external dimensions of the unit are 14" front to back, 24" wide, and 23" deep. Proper operation requires a clearance of 5" on all sides and at least 150 CFM of airflow. The unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and should be plugged into its own 15 amp circuit using the provided 6-foot power cord and NEMA 5-15P grounded plug. It is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
