The Glastender DI-FR-DW Ice Cream Freezer with Dipper Well is a drop-in counter installed model designed to hold a single 3-gallon tub of ice cream. It features an attractive and easy to clean stainless steel construction for all exposed parts, including the lid, working surface, and dipping well. Glastender's Commercial Dipping Cabinets are known for being some of the best in-counter solutions on the market. The internal cavity of the freezer is also made from stainless steel and has dimensions of 12-½" deep, 10-?" wide, and 10-?" long. The ice cream is stored at an optimal temperature range of -5°F to 10°F, ensuring it is easy to dip and ready to serve. The unit is equipped with a ¼ HP self-contained unit that provides 1,945 BTU/hr of heat rejection and features foamed-in-place CFC free insulation to keep everything cold. For convenience and sanitation, this model includes a dipper well with a faucet that uses a ?" cold water lead and is NSF/ANSI 72 compliant. The dipper well drain utilizes a 1-½" I.P.S. threaded drain. When installing this ice cream freezer into a counter, a 22-¾" wide and 14-¾" front to back cutout is required. The hidden exterior portion beneath the counter is made from galvanized steel and measures 14" wide, 14" front to back, and 23" deep. The unit needs 5" of clearance on all sides and requires at least 150 CFM of airflow for proper operation. Mounting hardware is included for easy installation and removal if necessary. This ice cream freezer operates on 120/60/1-ph power and should be plugged into its own dedicated 15 amp circuit using its 6-foot cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
