The Sunfire® Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features 10 open burners, each with a BTU rating of 30,000. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates for durability. The range also includes a standard oven with two position rack guides and an oven rack. Additionally, it has a storage base for convenience.

The front, sides, plate rail, backguard, and high shelf of the range are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The range stands on 6" steel core legs. It has a total BTU rating of 333,000 and is NSF and CSA certified.

The range comes with several standard features, including a pressure regulator, stainless steel front and sides, easy to read control knobs, a 4" plate rail, and a large 27" work top surface. The legs are easy to clean and made of steel core. The range also includes stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms for easy cleaning. The backguard is stainless steel and has a removable stainless steel shelf.

Additional standard features include a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a heavy-duty oven door with a keep-cool handle, an oven thermostat with a temperature range from Low to 500° F, and a straight steel tube oven burner with a BTU rating of 33,000. The range also includes a nickel-plated oven rack with two fixed position oven rack guides.

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, Celsius temperature dials, 6" swivel casters with front locking, and a low profile 9-3/8" backguard made of stainless steel.

The range is 59-1/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It has a stainless steel front, sides, and a 4" wide front rail. The legs are 6" tall and have adjustable feet. The range includes ten 30,000 BTU cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. On applicable models, there is also a griddle with cast iron "H" style burners, each with a BTU rating of 18,000.

The range includes a porcelain oven bottom and door liner. It has a two-position fixed rack guide with one oven rack. The oven door is heavy duty and has a "keep cool" handle. The
