The Sunfire® Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features 10 open burners, each with a BTU rating of 30,000. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates. The range also includes two standard ovens, each with two position rack guides and an oven rack. The front, sides, plate rail, backguard, and high shelf of the range are made of stainless steel. It stands on 6" steel core legs.

The range has a total BTU rating of 366,000 and is NSF and CSA certified. It comes with a pressure regulator and 1" NPT connection. The control knobs are durable and easy to read. The range also features a 4" stainless steel plate rail and a large 27" work top surface. The legs are easy to clean and made of 6" steel core. The range includes 12" section stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom. The backguard is stainless steel and has a removable stainless steel shelf.

Additional features of the range include a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a heavy-duty oven door with a keep-cool handle, and an oven thermostat with a temperature range from Low to 500° F. The range also includes a straight steel tube oven burner with a BTU rating of 33,000 and a nickel-plated oven rack with two fixed position oven rack guides. The griddle plates are only available on the right side of the range.

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, Celsius temperature dials, 6" swivel casters with front locking, and a low profile 9-3/8" backguard. The range is designed for commercial use and is not approved for residential use.
