The Sunfire® Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 36 inches. It features two open burners with a BTU rating of 30,000 each, as well as a 24-inch griddle with a 5/8-inch thick steel plate. The range also includes cast iron top and ring grates, a standard oven with one oven rack and two position rack guides, and a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, backguard, and high shelf. It has 6-inch steel core legs and a total BTU rating of 129,000. The range is NSF and CSA certified.

Some of the standard features of the Sunfire® Restaurant Range include a pressure regulator, stainless steel front and sides, durable control knobs, a 4-inch plate rail, a large work top surface, easy-to-clean steel core legs, stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms, and a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf.

Additional standard features on applicable models include a 4-1/4-inch wide grease trough, open storage base instead of an oven, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, an oven thermostat with a temperature range from Low to 500° F, a heavy-duty oven door with a keep-cool handle, and a griddle plate available only on the right side of the range.

The range also includes a straight steel tube oven burner with a BTU rating of 33,000, a nickel-plated oven rack with two fixed position oven rack guides, a 5/8-inch thick steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control, and a 30,000 BTU 2-piece cast iron "Q" style donut open burner.

The standard size Sunfire oven has a ribbed porcelain oven bottom and door interior, aluminized top, sides, and back.

Optional features for the Sunfire® Restaurant Range include additional oven racks, Celsius temperature dials, 6-inch swivel casters with front locking, a low profile 9-3/8-inch backguard with stainless steel front and sides, and a hot top 12-inch plate in lieu of two open burners.

The specifications for the range include a width of 35-7/16 inches, a 27-inch deep work top surface, stainless steel front, sides, and a 4-inch wide front rail. It has 6-inch legs with adjustable feet and six 2-piece 30,000 BTU
