The countertop gas charbroiler is a heavy-duty appliance with non-adjustable cast iron grates. It has a width of 60" and a broiling grid depth of 21-3/16". Each burner has a variable hi/lo valve and manual controls. The charbroiler also features a crumb tray and reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3" sections. It is made of stainless steel and has a front rail that is 3-1/2" deep. The appliance has 4" adjustable legs and a total BTU of 180,000. It is CSA and NSF certified.
