The Charbroiler is a heavy-duty, countertop gas appliance with a width of 36" and a depth of 21-3/16". It features adjustable cast iron grates and a ceramic briquette system. Each burner has a variable hi/lo valve and manual controls. The broiling grid is 21-3/16" deep. The appliance is made of stainless steel and has a crumb tray and reversible cast iron broiler racks. It has 4" adjustable legs and a BTU rating of 90,000. It is CSA and NSF certified. Standard features include 4" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel front, sides, and back, a large capacity stainless steel crumb tray, ceramic briquettes, an adjustable broiler grate, and a 21-1/2" broiling grid depth. Each burner has a variable on/off valve control. The appliance also has a stainless steel front rail and reversible cast iron broiler racks. It comes with a 3/4" NPT gas regulator and a "T" gas manifold connection. Optional features include a stainless steel spatter-guard, a broiler grate cleaning tool, a stainless steel stand with holding shelves and adjustable feet or casters, a removable wire holding shelf for spatter guards, a set of reversible cast iron broiler racks with brand marks, a stainless steel skirt for counter surface mounting, a removable stainless steel attachment condiment rail, and a fajita broiling grate. The Garland gas ceramic briquette broilers are available in four widths from 24" to 60". They have a height of 13" and a depth of 32". The reversible cast iron grates are in 3" wide sections, with an overall cooking area depth of 21-1/2". Each 12" of broiler width has a 30,000 BTU burner with individual valve control. The appliance has a large stainless steel catch tray and a stainless steel front, sides, and back.
