The GF Sentry Flame Failure Series Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler with a width of 24". It features individual burner valves per burner and has a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and low profile back guard. The charbroiler has 4" adjustable legs for easy installation on a counter. It has a total BTU rating of 60,000.
Some of the standard features of the charbroiler include piezo spark pilot ignition, an exclusive lift-off hopper top, heavy-duty ceramic briquettes, a 3/4" N.P.T. rear gas connection, flame failure protection Hi-Lo valves, and a stainless steel low profile back guard. It also comes with a gas pressure regulator for North American units.
The charbroiler has stainless steel front, sides, front rail, hopper, and side splash guards. It is equipped with 15,000 BTU cast iron burners for every 6" of broiler space. The broiling grates are removable and 23" deep in 6" wide sections. The charbroiler can be counter-mounted or range-matched to Garland GF series ranges when combined with an optional stand or cabinet base.
Optional features for the charbroiler include a diamond branding rack instead of the standard rack, a stainless steel splatter guard in various widths from 18" to 48", and nickel-plated wire type holding shelves that attach to the spatter guards in 18", 24", and 36" sizes.
The charbroiler is available in four widths: 18", 24", 30", and 36". It is designed to match GF Sentry series ranges and has a standard finish of stainless steel front, sides, and backguard. It has an exclusive lift-off stainless steel grease hopper and dual-sided cast iron broiler racks with a choice of 1/2" rounded bar or diamond patterns on opposite sides in 6" wide sections. The charbroiler also has simple set Hi-Lo valves located away from heat and protected. The burners operate at 15,000 BTU for every 6" of broiling width and can be fueled by natural gas or propane. It has a flame protection system with Piezo ignition.
Optional accessories for the charbroiler include a cabinet base (BRL-CAB) or an open frame stand (BRL-STD).
