The countertop gas charbroiler is a heavy-duty appliance with a width of 60" and features ceramic briquettes and adjustable cast iron grates. It has a broiling grid depth of 21-3/16" and comes with one variable hi/lo valve per burner. The manual controls and crumb tray make it easy to use and clean. The broiler racks are reversible and made of cast iron in 3" wide sections. The appliance is made of stainless steel and has a front rail that is 3-1/2" deep. It comes with 4" adjustable legs and has a BTU rating of 150,000. The charbroiler is CSA and NSF certified. 
 
 Standard features include 4" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel front, sides, and back, a large capacity stainless steel crumb tray, ceramic briquettes, a 2-position adjustable broiler grate, and a 21-1/2" broiling grid depth. Each burner has a variable on/off valve control, and there is one cast iron 30,000 BTU burner for every 12" of broiler width. The appliance also has a stainless steel front rail that is 4" deep overall with a 3-1/2" top work surface. The reversible cast iron broiler racks are in 3" wide sections and have 1/8" and 3/16" brand marks. The gas regulator is 3/4" NPT with a "T" gas manifold connection for straight through rear or flush-mount gas connections.
 
 Optional features include a stainless steel spatter-guard, a broiler grate cleaning tool, a stainless steel stand with solid top holding shelves and adjustable feet or casters, a removable wire holding shelf for spatter guards (available for 24" and 36" models), a set of reversible cast iron broiler racks with 4 brand marks per 3" section (brand 3/16" wide), a stainless steel skirt for dais/counter surface mounting (reduces overall unit height by 1-3/4"), a removable stainless steel attachment condiment rail with universal 1/9 or 1/3 food pan cut-outs (pans supplied by others), and a fajita broiling grate that replaces 3 standard grate sections on the left or right end of the broiler (limit one per broiler).
