The U Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features a griddle with a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate and a manual control. The range also includes a standard oven with 3 position rack guides and an oven rack, as well as a storage base. 

The front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf of the range are made of stainless steel. It has 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. The range has a total BTU rating of 128,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.

Some of the standard features of the range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, a 5" plate rail, and a large work top surface. It also has stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom, a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf, and adjustable stainless steel legs.

The range comes with an open storage base instead of an oven, a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, and a strong, keep-cool oven door handle. It also has ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner, and a snap action modulating oven thermostat.

Other features include a nickel plated oven rack and removable oven rack guide, a cast iron geometric open top burner, and a cast iron "H" style griddle burner. The griddle plate is 5/8" thick and has a manual hi/lo valve control. The oven has a porcelain ribbed bottom and door, and it can fit standard sheet pans in both directions.

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots, and a convection oven motor. It can also be equipped with a snap action modulating griddle control, leveling swivel casters, a low profile backguard, or a hot top plate in lieu of open burners.

The range is 59-1/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It has a stainless steel front, sides, and front rail, as well as 6" legs with adjustable feet.
