The Master Series Salamander Broiler is a gas-powered heavy-duty range with a stainless steel backriser. It features two infrared burners with Hi-Lo valve controls and a pilot valve with flame fail protection. The broiler also has an adjustable two-position pullout rack that can be used in a flat or tilt position. The front, sides, and bottom of the broiler are made of stainless steel with heat shields. It has a 40,000 BTU capacity and comes with a large capacity removable grease pan. The broiler also includes Sentry flame failure protection and is available with a stainless steel main back. Optional features include interconnecting gas piping for range mount, brackets for wall mounting, and a stainless steel bottom for models with an RC suffix. The broiler measures 34" wide, 18" deep, and 35-1/2" high with the backguard. The broiler housing itself is 16-1/4" high. It has a total natural gas input of 28,000 BTU and is CE Mark certified for Europe.
