The broiler also includes large capacity removable drip pans/water pans, a power switch, and a stainless steel exterior. It has a BTU rating of 159,500 and comes with a 9 ft cord & NEMA 5-15P plug. The broiler is NSF and CSA certified. Each burner is rated at 14,500 BTU for natural gas and 13,000 BTU for propane gas, and is controlled by a two-position hi-lo valve. The broiler has a complete system on/off power switch that operates the main gas burner ignition and shut down. The HEEGM-24CL and 36CL models have one switch, while the HEEGM-48CL and 60CL models have two. Optional features for the broiler include a 220-240V model without a cord & plug, a 2 1/8" stub solid front rail instead of a 1/3 front rail, and a fajita pan rack holder instead of two broiler rack sections. Stainless steel stands with or without casters are also available. The broiler may need to be silicone sealed onto non-combustible surfaces to meet NSF agency approvals.
