The Arctic Fire Freezer Base is a one-section freezer with remote refrigeration. It features two self-closing drawers with center pull handles. The exterior is made of stainless steel and it has 6" stainless steel legs. This model is only available if ordered with Master Series modular cook tops. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph with .73 amps. Standard features include 6" adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a center located flush mounted handle, and a stainless steel exterior front and sides. It also has a vertically mounted blower coil with HFC-404A refrigerant. The heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides have stainless steel bearings. The drawers have a removable track assembly and come with a 10-year warranty for parts. The unit also has a front face mounted scroll type thermometer. The interior features ABS door front and cabinet sides, a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The refrigerant and electrical connections are accessible through a removable front panel. The standard drawers have a mullion between them and can accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans (GN 1/1 pans, 100 mm deep for CE units). Note that the compressor is not included and must be provided by the customer. The unit must be hard-wired on site. Optional features include casters, doors and tray racks to accommodate sheet pans instead of drawers (not available on 32" drawers), and step-down sections with single drawers for modular top charbroilers. Specifications for this model include a stainless steel exterior front and sides, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. It has a Santoprene magnetic door gasket and a galvanized steel bottom and back. The unit is insulated with CFC-free foam. The stainless steel roller drawer assembly is removable and has self-lubricating rollers. The refrigeration system uses HFC-404A refrigerant and includes an electric condensate evaporator, solenoid, and thermostat. The unit has a vertically mounted blower coil and a 6" mechanical section for refrigerant and electrical connections. It comes with a scroll type thermometer (digital thermometer on CE units) and 6" adjustable legs.
