The Polar Cuisine Freezer Base is a self-contained refrigeration unit that measures 54" in width and has one section with two 27" drawers. The refrigerator units have a hot gas condensate evaporator, while the freezer units have an electric condensate evaporator. Optional features for this unit include casters, doors and tray racks to accommodate sheet pans instead of drawers (not available for 32" drawers), and extra deep drawers without a mullion to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans (150mm deep Gn 1/1 pans). The specifications for this unit include a stainless steel exterior front and sides, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom.
