The Polar Cuisine Freezer Base is a self-contained refrigeration unit that measures 66" in width and has two sections. It features four 19" drawers and a stainless steel exterior. The unit stands on 6" stainless steel legs and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 8.9 amps. This product is only available when ordered with Cuisine Series modular cook tops. The drawer slides are heavy-duty stainless steel with stainless steel bearings. The compressor has a 5-year warranty for replacement parts, with the first year covering parts and labor. The interior of the unit features ABS door fronts and cabinet sides, as well as a stainless steel top, rear, and bottom. The standard drawers have a mullion between them to accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. The refrigerator units have a hot gas condensate evaporator, while the freezer units have an electric condensate evaporator. Optional features for the Polar Cuisine Freezer Base include casters and doors and tray racks to accommodate sheet pans instead of drawers (not available for 32" drawers). Extra deep drawers without a mullion are also available to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans.
