The Polar Cuisine Freezer Base is a two-section freezer with remote refrigeration. It has a stainless steel exterior and comes with four 19" drawers. The unit is 54" wide and has 6" stainless steel legs. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 1.5 amps. The freezer base comes with several standard features including adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a flush mounted handle, and a front face mounted scroll type thermometer. It also has a vertically mounted blower coil with HFC-404A refrigerant. The drawers have heavy-duty stainless steel slides and removable track assembly with a 10-year warranty for parts. The interior features ABS door front and cabinet sides, stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The standard drawers can accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. The unit has a mechanical section with a removable front panel for refrigerant and electrical connections. Note that the compressor is not included and must be provided separately. The unit must be hard-wired on-site. Optional features include casters, doors and tray racks for sheet pans instead of drawers (not available for 32" drawers), and extra deep drawers for 6" deep hotel pans. The specifications for the unit include a stainless steel exterior, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. It has a Santoprene magnetic door gasket and a galvanized steel bottom and back. The unit is insulated with CFC-free foam. The stainless steel roller drawer assembly is removable and comes with self-lubricating rollers. The roller assemblies have a 10-year parts warranty. The standard drawers can accommodate 12" x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. The refrigeration system uses HFC-404A refrigerant and includes an electric condensate evaporator, solenoid, and thermostat. The unit must be hard-wired on-site. It has a vertically mounted blower coil inside the cabinet.
