The Arctic Fire Freezer Base is a two-section remote refrigeration unit with a width of 68". It features four self-closing drawers with center pull handles and a stainless steel exterior. The unit stands on 6" stainless steel legs and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 1.5 amps.
Standard features include adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a flush-mounted handle, and a stainless steel exterior. The unit also has a vertically mounted blower coil and uses HFC-404A refrigerant. The heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides have stainless steel bearings, and the drawers have a removable track assembly with a 10-year warranty for parts.
Other features include a front face mounted scroll type thermometer, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The unit has a mechanical panel for refrigerant and electrical connections, and the standard drawers can accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans.
Optional features include casters, doors and tray racks for sheet pans instead of drawers, and step-down sections for modular top charbroilers. The unit can also be equipped with extra deep drawers to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans.
The specifications of the unit include a stainless steel exterior front and sides, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. It has a Santoprene magnetic door gasket and a galvanized steel bottom and back. The unit is insulated with CFC-free foam and has a removable stainless steel roller drawer assembly.
The refrigeration system uses HFC-404A refrigerant and includes an electric condensate evaporator, solenoid, and thermostat. The unit must be hard-wired on site. It has a vertically mounted blower coil and a mechanical section for refrigerant and electrical connections. The unit is equipped with a scroll type thermometer (digital thermometer on CE units) and has adjustable legs.

If the unit is ordered with a modular top charbroiler, it can be constructed with a "step-down" section to accommodate the increased height. However, only the refrigerated base is available in this case, and the freezer base is not available.
