The Designer Series Griddle is a countertop gas griddle with a 24" W x 18" D cooking surface. It features a 1/2" thick polished steel griddle with a 2-5/8" welded splash guard on the sides and rear of the plate. The griddle has high/low valve controls and piezo spark ignition. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, and it has a 4" adjustable legs. The griddle has a 40,000 BTU output and is CSA and NSF certified. Standard features include an easy clean design, piezo spark ignition, and the option to use natural or propane gas. It also has 4" sanitary legs, a stainless steel front and sides, and an 18" deep cooking surface. The griddle is available with 20,000, 40,000, or 60,000 BTU total input. It has a rear gas connection with a pressure regulator. Models with thermostat control have the suffix GTH. The gas designer series griddles come in three widths: 15", 24", and 36". They can be used as free standing or banked with other GD series equipment. The griddles can be valve (G) or thermostat (GTH) controlled and have piezo spark ignition. They can use natural or propane gas and have input ratings of 20,000, 40,000, or 60,000 BTU.
